The process

We deliver. We set up. We collect.

Between "let’s grill" and "the fire is lit" there are six steps. We do five of them.

From idea to first bite

  1. 01

    Choose your equipment

    Tell us how many guests are coming and what goes on the grate. If you are unsure, message us — we recommend what fits, not what costs most.

  2. 02

    Pick your dates

    Set pickup and return days. The longer you rent, the cheaper each day gets. A long weekend rarely costs much more than a single Saturday.

  3. 03

    Add accessories and fuel

    Charcoal, pellets, chimney starter, thermometer, butcher paper: add what you need at checkout. Nothing to organise in advance.

  4. 04

    Book and pay

    You confirm the booking and pay online. You then get a confirmation with all the details for pickup or delivery.

  5. 05

    Delivery or pickup

    If your first rental is 50 € or more, we deliver free within 50 km. Otherwise you collect in Walldorf — and we rent out the trailer for the big pieces.

  6. 06

    Handover, then go

    At handover we show you everything: lighting it, holding temperature, avoiding the classic mistakes. After that the fire is yours. Questions? Call us, weekends included.

And afterwards?

Returning is the part everyone dreads. Without reason.

Scrape off the coarse bits — that is it

Ash out, grate scraped, done. We do the deep clean ourselves so the next person also gets a clean grill.

No scrubbing required

There is no cleaning fee as long as the equipment is undamaged. Burnt-on marinade is normal — that is what a grill is for.

Return at the agreed time

We collect or you bring it back, exactly as agreed when booking. Running late? Just tell us.

Frequent questions

What if it rains?
You grill anyway — rain does not bother the grill. If you want to stay dry, add a pop-up or party tent. Weather cancellations are free up to 48 hours in advance.
Do I need experience?
No. At handover we show you what matters, and you can call us any time during the rental. If you want to go deeper, the Learn section has channels, videos and books.
Is charcoal or are pellets included?
Fuel is booked separately, so you only pay for what you actually use. We stock binchotan, marabu charcoal and seven Traeger pellet flavours.
What if something breaks?
Just tell us. Normal wear costs nothing. For real damage we find a fair solution together before anybody starts talking about invoices.
Can I keep it longer?
Usually yes. Get in touch in good time and we will check whether it is already reserved, then extend at the daily rate.
Can I take the grill to a park?
The portable ones, yes — but check local rules. Many parks only allow grilling in marked areas. The big units are better off in a garden.
